ROAD TRIP Author Talk with Mary Kay Andrews - Jul 7, 2026 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM @ St. Simons Casino Building - Library/Theatre

The Queen of the Summer Read is back with her first novel in two years, Road Trip, and a visit to St. Simons Island. New York Times bestselling author of 30 novels, Mary Kay Andrews will be at the St. Simons Casino Theatre on Tuesday, July 7 at 10:30 a.m. for an Author Talk & Book Signing presented by the St. Simons Literary Guild and G.J. Ford Bookshop. Kirkus describes Road Trip as “a cozy romp that touches lightly on multiple genres to spin an intriguing tale: murder mystery, IRA art heist, coming-to-America immigrant story, justice for elder financial abuse, dual rom-com narratives, and an earnest story of two sisters learning to appreciate each other again. A delightful tale with vivid characters.” Admission is free for Guild members and $10 for non-members, with registration via Eventbrite encouraged because seating is limited.
