The Hunt Is On - Habitat for Humanity of Glynn Hunt Ball 2026

Celebrate the Southern sporting tradition—fishing, fowl, and game—at the Hunt Ball benefiting Habitat for Humanity of Glynn County. Frederica Golf Club is the place to be on Sunday, February 1 to enjoy an evening featuring wildlife artists and artisans and the opportunity to bid in a live auction of exclusive hunting and fishing experiences. Dine on classic Southern fare, including local seafood, wild game, and BBQ. For sipping, there will be bourbon tastings and an open bar.

At this sporting soirée, stylish hunting attire, jeans, hats, and casual Southern chic attire replace ballgowns and tuxedos. Where fellowship and philanthropy go hand in hand in a relaxed and festive setting.

Nashville singer-songwriter Bryce Leatherwood will be performing a special acoustic set as the evening’s entertainment. This 24-year old from Woodstock, Georgia has been described as “a next generation traditionalist plugged firmly into the modern mainstream, with all the hallmarks of a rising star.” He says, “My music is a true representation of where I came from. The early times in my life are my most fond memories, and really, I guess my life now is a translation of that.” He adds, “I want to live it every day, so I go and write it, I go and sing it when I’m on the road. It’s just about keeping a connection to that place.” Winning Season 22 of NBC’s The Voice, in 2022 was what helped Bryce’s dreams come true, including earning a standing ovation at his Grand Ole Opry debut, and changed his life.

Your support of the Hunt Ball and Habitat for Humanity can help change lives and make dreams come true for others. Each ticket purchased and funds raised at the Hunt Ball allow Habitat to continue its mission to replace substandard and overcrowded residences with safe and affordable homes for hardworking local families who might not otherwise attain the dream of homeownership. For many, the feeling of walking through the front door of their own home for the first time would be just as amazing as the applause of a full house at the Grand Ole Opry.

Sponsorship packages range from $1,000 to $15,000. Your support is invaluable. It not only elevates the evening but also strengthens Habitat’s mission to build homes, communities, and hope across Glynn County. For more information and to purchase a sponsorship package, visit habitathuntball.org.
